Marketing Videos
With the latest rebrand in OneID, I created a series of marketing videos to support the Digital Marketing & Sales teams.
Website Rebrand - in progress
In 2024, OneID’s focus shifted from smaller e-commerce businesses to larger companies offering professional applications, such as e-signing, KYC, and pre-employment screening. Following a leadership change, we were asked to adapt the rebrand completed by an external agency in 2022, aiming for a more serious and refined tone of voice.
To support this transition, I developed a style guide to help the Product and Marketing teams align our public-facing assets. Below, you’ll find a comparison of OneID’s former homepage from 2022 alongside the updated version I made. This is still a work in progress, with some areas of the website awaiting updates.
Developer Documentation
Our documentation was originally hosted on Knowledge Base (Hubspot), but it quickly became clear that this platform had more limitations than opportunities for what we needed. We also received valuable feedback from prospective customers, who found the navigation and information difficult to use.
Taking the initiative, I explored alternatives and discovered a specialised documentation platform (developer hub.io). From there, I built a brand-new developer hub entirely from scratch. Working closely with our developers, I first identified the key content requirements, created a detailed site plan, and coordinated responsibilities by assigning tasks to each team member and tracking their progress.
Today, the OneID Docs continues to grow organically, with product team members and developers engaging more actively than ever. Best of all, customers are delighted with the improved experience.
Sandbox Console
In 2022, I designed a console that let potential customers to explore OneID products in a sandbox environment. By working closely with our Development team, I gained valuable insights into how developers build applications and used this knowledge to write the requirements for the MVP release.
